Random thoughts;

No Dawn in any of these universe, obviously. If infinite Key's existed, there would be infinite opportunities for the multiverse to collapse into oblivion, which means, pretty much guaranteed to have happened, Glory or no Glory.

Ideas that didn't get selected to be in the 'big four;'

Eyeless Xander, former Harbinger, used to receive BringerVision from the FE after Caleb gouged out both of his eyes, now receives visions instead from the PTB, and lives in Sunnydale with Dark Willow, who pretty much kicked the FE's ass, after Buffy, Spike, Giles, Wood and a lot of Potentials died (Bringer Xander's betrayal being part of the reason it all went to shit). The only reason Xander remains in Sunnydale is to keep an eye on the increasingly uncontrollable and paranoid Willow, whose power has brought her to the point of megalomania. She is the de facto ruler of Sunnydale, and annhilates any demon or vampire that challenges her. On the less pleasant side, she also regulates what the human citizens of Sunnydale know or see, for their own good. They remain in 'denial' about the dangers of Sunnydale because of her mind-altering magics. Thanks to the PTB, Willow can't read Xander's mind, or at least, can't read what he is *really* thinking... Angsty tale from Xander's PoV, as he follows Willow around as she tools around town annhilating vampires, mind-wiping human victims and sending them home, etc. all the while trying to tame her more destructive impulses.

Cyborg Commando Xander, had both arms (and one eye) replaced after crippling as member of demon-hunting Initiative. No Slayer in this universe. He, Forrest and Graham will be the lead soldiers, being the three with 'super-powers' thanks to their implants, along with one other superhuman asset, which all of the others know as Hostile 17, and only Xander refers to as 'Spike' having met the (now-chipped and, relatively, compliant) vampire before the whole Initiative thing (and somehow survived the encounter). Xander's arms have twin taser-weapons implanted within. Graham has one mechanical arm, with a multipurpose gun (he usually launches high-powered needles, mini-grenades, or sedative darts). Forrest has the most extensive bodywork, and can hit like a jackhammer, having had most of his frame rebuilt after Drusilla spent eleven days breaking every bone in his body. Unlike Xander, he's not fond of Spike being around to 'help' with the heavy lifting and thinks that dusting is a better long-term solution than chipping... From the PoV of an after-action report, questioning whether Hostile 17's inclusion had anything to do with the losses suffered in the fight with Glorificus.

Alexandra Laverne Harris, Slayer, despises her middle name, geeky girl with super-powers.

Xander Harris, Slayer. The Watchers Council of his world didn't feel that women were 'more controllable' and chose instead to award the powers of the Slayer to their most qualified young members. After watching their 'best and brightest' consistently being killed off, they lowed their standards and began just abducting boys off of the street to empower as Slayer, instead of sacrificing their own. In the modern day, they don't press gang them into service, but work through an adoption agency, taking 'disadvantaged youth' that society won't miss (like male versions of Faith) and giving them an exciting, and short-lived, opportunity to become superheroes. They play down the whole 'early retirement' feature... Sort of a Xander-as-Faith story, complete with slutty behavior..

Werewolf Xander, friend of Oz, and a few other non-Sunnydale werewolves who want to control their beasts and live as close to a regular life as they can, albeit as part of a 'pack' of similarly afflicted folk. With their studies, they have learned to control their change, and thanks to Willow's pendants, they had the time to search out more personal techniques to control themselves, such that they no longer actually need the pendants, and keep them more to help new recruits to the 'lifestyle' than for their own use. Xander and Oz, and a few other OC werewolves, as well as Willow and others, organize to take down Glory, all the while dealing with the question of whether they will ever truly be accepted / welcome / feel comfortable in the world that they are fighting to save.
